What started as a very engaged and entrepreneurial group of research faculty turned into Ohio State’s first Peer-to-Peer Commercialization Network with a goal of helping drive translation research and innovation. Under a new program started by The Technology Commercialization Office (TCO) research faculty were nominated by their Deans and Chairs to act as a lead specialist in entrepreneurial activity and innovative outreach. The Deans of Medicine, FAES, Arts and Sciences, Nursing, Engineering, and Pharmacy nominated over 70 of their best faculty for the honor of being part of this inaugural group which was pared down to a final cadre of 16.
